Have you been waiting hours and hours for an ambulance?

The UK ambulance service is under extreme pressure and it’s taking as long as 24 hours or more for some services to reach patients. If you have a relative who has fallen and is on the floor and needs help or is suffering from another condition where medical help is needed but the ambulance service have been unable to provide an immediate response and you live in or around St Albans, Hertfordshire then we may be able to help.

We are trialing a private Paramedic service, we have a strict eligibility criteria and will not attend immediately life threatening emergencies. Our service, subject to availability, can provide urgent transport to hospital for things like X-rays or help with minor injuries. We have the capacity to provide both solo hcpc registered paramedics for urgent care home visits and double crewed ambulances able to transport to either an NHS Hospital or one of the London clinics that provides urgent care.
