We provide private ambulance transfers for a range of clients. From those looking to transfer a loved one nearer to home, to individuals who want the flexibility of having private transport to a hospital appointment or for a special trip. We provide ambulances staffed by Technicians, Paramedics or Nurses depending on the clinical need. All journeys are overseen by a team of registered health care professionals. We are one of the leading providers in the South of England and have extensive contracts supporting the NHS with both non-emergency patient transport and responding to 999 calls. We are based in Hertfordshire with direct road links to the M25, A1(M) and M1 meaning we can cover London and the surrounding counties. We regularly provide services across the country and abroad.

We are having an emergency will you come now?

We cannot respond to emergencies such as severe bleeding, chest pains/heart attack, strokes or significant trauma. If a life-threatening emergency is occurring, you should call 999 now.

We offer an urgent response in St Albans and the surrounding areas of Hertfordshire and North London. We are able to offer urgent care appointments on the day with a solo paramedic or a double crewed ambulance. We can cater to adults and children and convey to both NHS and Private Hospitals if required. A large proportion of 999 calls don’t end up in hospital, so we are often able to “see and treat”. We have access to alternative pathways and can liaise with GPs for prescription requests, access the same pathways as we do when we attend calls on behalf of the NHS, including A&E. Our registered Paramedics are skilled healthcare professionals able to offer a range of treatments. We have the tools to lift people off the floor.
