MET Medical are committed to providing a first class service. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission who regulate ambulance services, hospitals, care homes and a number of other care providers. Whilst MET Medical has grown due to the success of delivering quality medical cover to the events industry, the company now offers private ambulance transport to the NHS, private organisations and individuals.
The IAA was formed in January 2012 to represent the interests of independent ambulance providers who are registered with the Care Quality Commission. The IAA are formally recognised by Government, the NHS, the Departments of Health & Transport, and all commissioners as the leading voice of the sector.
Registration with the CQC guarantees to event organisers, NHS commissioners and patients the highest quality standards.
The private ambulance sector has been in the news for the wrong reasons recently. MET Medical has a different approach and has stood itself out for the quality of staff. Vehicles are equipped to the same standards as the NHS and staff have the same training and in some cases additional training.
