Please provide as much detail as possible for large multi-day events we may need to request additional information. We will look at each venue opening time, how many people are on site at night and during the day, we will the tailor your medical cover so you it is appropriate to the risk at any time. This means we don’t waste budget necessarily and ensure you have the right medical cover when you need. We use a risk assessment tool we have developed in-line with The Purple Guide, from working at thousands of events over a decade. We cover small festivals with 1200 campers to some of the largest in the country.
