We are CQC registered - this is becoming a non-negotiable with local authorities and provides event organisers that the company meets certain requirements of being safe, well-led, effective, caring and responsive.
Our staff are highly trained. We provide a range of ambulance services, including answering 999 calls in multiple regions. Would you rather be a medic who has done a week's course or someone who deals with emergencies and urgent care on a daily basis? We also train regularly with the Fire Service.
Our business model is built on full time employees, many of whom join us and progress over many years. This enables us to embed our values and invest in individuals, and they know how we work and are used to working together as a team.
We work with a diverse range of clients, from corporate clients who require a solo medic to look after staff at a board meeting or Christmas party to festival organisers with 50-100,000 attendees.
We have a dedicated full-time management team made up of numerous healthcare professionals. Our senior leadership team have decades of combined experience.
