Fast response times

Our headquarters is based in St Albans in Hertfordshire where we have a fleet of ambulances and rapid response ambulance vehicles ready to assist 24 hours a day, providing us direct access to the M1, M25 and A1(M). We can be in central London in around 30-45 minutes. The unique thing about our NHS ambulance service is that we offer NHS hospital trusts, CCG’s and ambulance services access to well-educated and qualified ambulance crews on demand at short notice on a pay as you go basis.

Value for the tax payer

With per-hour billing in 15 minute segments you can be assured that you are maximising value for money by not paying for crews to sit standing by all day. Our services are ideal to top up to deal with peak demand. For example an ambulance service might call on our assistance at peak times to deal with high call levels but won’t be paying for our services when the call levels are manageable. Equally we can provide NHS hospitals with ambulance as and when they need them.

Our 24 hour emergency call centre are ready to receive your calls out side of normal office hours and our core admin team have extended operating hours too. We know that being able to call one number and get an ambulance is vital to your organisations efficiency.

We have developed a reputation of excellence for both customer service and clinical standards and all of our vehicles are kitted to the same levels as frontline 999 vehicles capable of carrying out critical transfers.
